Welcome to the NIAMR Project
The National Integrated Digital AMR Platform (NIAMR) project website is now live. Over the coming three years, this site will be the public home of our research — a place to share project news, publish our findings, describe how we engage with communities and stakeholders, and document the outputs and resources we produce.
NIAMR is a three-year project funded by the UK National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR168786), led by Prof. Josephine Nabukenya at Makerere University. Our aim is to develop and evaluate a national interoperable integrated digital platform for AMR data capture, processing, and sharing in Uganda — and to design it in a way that can extend to other One Health sectors.
